Nome.... - FB in Jakarta series... continued... hi sammybro, i'm also having the same prob as the other bros, let me try to briefly explain the prob as an IT engineer. i am using maxonline too, ftr, and posting this msg through a proxy. the problem occurs every now and then when i try reading multiple threads in seperate tabs, and sbf's webserver seems to ignore any future requests from my browser. i was however, able to ping the www.sammyboyforum.com and get a ping reply from 208.79.206.243. visiting forum.sammyboy.com (208.79.203.34) causes my browser to be redirected to www.sammyboyforum.com and my browser request doesn't get acknowledged after this point. could it be that sbf's webserver is mistakenly assuming tt maxonline's proxies are attempting to DOS the server and automatically banning it for a period of time? (and this process inadvertently repeating itself when the ban is removed and the next influx of maxonline users access the site again?) joe
